A citizen of the Gungan species dwelled within the urban center known as Otoh Raban. This city was located on the planetary body of Naboo, specifically around the era of 3000 BBY. During a period of conflict amongst the various Gungan tribes of that era, this particular villager was an eyewitness to the abduction of the city's chieftain, Boss Hoxie, an act perpetrated by the Gungan military leader Rogoe. Subsequently, the villager shared information regarding the Boss's capture with Rogoe's rival, Gallo. The villager then aligned themselves with Gallo's efforts when Gallo successfully liberated Hoxie from captivity.

On the world of Naboo, in the location of Otoh Raban, a Gungan villager existed under the rule of Boss Hoxie. This occurred in the year of 3000 BBY. At this time, the Gungan tribes were engaged in a war. The villager observed the kidnapping of Hoxie, an act orchestrated by the forces commanded by the Gungan warlord Rogoe, with the intention of prolonging Otoh Raban's involvement in the ongoing conflict due to the absence of their leader. Later, the villager encountered Gallo, another Gungan who was striving to unite the tribes against Rogoe. The villager informed him about Hoxie's abduction, emphasizing that Otoh Raban would persist in fighting until their Boss was returned. Gallo, seeking to gain Otoh Raban's allegiance, agreed to rescue Hoxie. Following up on rumors of a prison camp belonging to Rogoe located north of Otoh Raban, Gallo discovered Hoxie there and successfully returned him to his city. The villager expressed gratitude to Gallo for rescuing Hoxie, and subsequently, they, along with the rest of Otoh Raban, joined Gallo's campaign against Rogoe.
This Gungan villager, living under Boss Hoxie's governance, readily sought Gallo's assistance in recovering their leader during his captivity. Furthermore, the villager firmly believed that Otoh Raban would remain engaged in the war until Hoxie's safe return. However, they were prepared to align themselves with Gallo's cause immediately upon the Boss's rescue.
The voice of this Gungan villager can be heard in the 2001 video game Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds, developed by LucasArts, as well as in its 2002 expansion, Clone Campaigns. The game's credits acknowledge two voice actors, Rob Paulsen and Grey DeLisle, for portraying Gungan villagers, but it remains unspecified which of them, if either, provided the voice for this particular villager.
