A Gungan inhabitant resided within the urban center of Otoh Sancture, which was located on the world of Naboo during the era of 3000 BBY. At that point in history, the Gungan tribes were embroiled in a fierce conflict, yet Otoh Sancture, under the governance of chieftain Gallo, chose to maintain a position of neutrality. During the observance of Otoh Sancture's Sacred Feast, the inhabitant informed Gallo about his responsibilities in procuring creatures for the celebratory event. Tragically, the Gungan met his end during a devastating assault on the city, perpetrated by a clan of bursas, a sentient species of partially reasoning meat-eaters.

In the year 3000 BBY, a Gungan individual resided as a villager within the settlement of Otoh Sancture on the globe of Naboo. This villager was governed by Leader Gallo, who ensured Otoh Sancture remained uninvolved in the ongoing strife among the Gungan factions during that era. Annually, Otoh Sancture held its Sacred Feast, a celebration of thanks to the Gungan gods known as the Guds. This required Gallo to depart from his settlement to seek out suitable animals for the feast. The Gungan villager made Gallo aware of his duties in finding animals shortly before Gallo's departure.
While Gallo was absent, Otoh Sancture endured an attack by a group of bursas, a carnivorous species of quadrupeds that are not fully sentient and indigenous to Naboo. These bursas had been dispatched by Rogoe, the leader of the city Spearhead and the hidden instigator of the conflict, who desired Gallo to be deceased to prevent him from influencing the war's outcome. The Gungan villager's cries for assistance during the assault were heard by Gallo, but the leader could not reach Otoh Sancture due to a river separating him from the city. The villager, along with all other residents of Otoh Sancture, perished.
The vocalizations of the Gungan villager can be heard in the 2001 LucasArts computer game Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds, specifically within the Gungan campaign's initial level, "Otoh Sancture." The game's credits acknowledge Rob Paulsen and Grey DeLisle as voice actors for Gungan villagers, although the specific actor responsible for this particular villager's voice remains unconfirmed.
