This unnamed Imperial-class Star Destroyer served as a component of the fleet commanded by Moff Kentor Sarne. It possessed an innovative weapon system: a devastator torpedo launcher. The ship took part in the Battle of Danoor which took place in 8 ABY. While engaged in this battle, the Star Destroyer fired one of its torpedoes at the planet Danoor, causing total destruction to everything within a ten-kilometer area surrounding the point of impact.
During the aforementioned battle, the Star Destroyer met its end when X-wings deployed from the New Republic corvette FarStar accurately fired proton torpedoes into the devastator torpedo launcher's opening. This occurred as the ship briefly reduced its shields to deploy its weapon. The resulting detonation sparked a cascading reaction, ultimately causing the vessel's disintegration.
An alternate method for the ship's destruction exists for those participating in the RPG scenario in which it appears. Should the players fail to correctly launch the torpedoes to destroy the ship, the Gamesmaster has the option to have the Aing-Tii Sanhedrim ship, also present at the battle, collide with the Star Destroyer. The resulting explosion would lead to the destruction of both ships.
