During the time of the Galactic Civil War, a member of the human species held the rank of ensign within the forces of the Galactic Empire. This individual went with Darth Vader, along with an Imperial major, to the location known as Accresker Jail. After Vader escorted the captured Lieutenant-Inspector Magna Tolvan from the Empire's Inspectorate to their Lambda-class T-4a shuttle, the ensign and the major received instructions to not gaze directly into her eyes. Ultimately, they both perished when Alliance to Restore the Republic starfighters obliterated the shuttle.
