This woman, identified as female, held the rank of lieutenant within the ranks of the Galactic Empire. Her presence was noted as she aided an interrogation officer at the Accresker Jail facility, most notably during the questioning of a female prisoner known by the alias Joystick Chevron. Despite the initial failure of the questioning, they eventually used a Bor on the woman, leading to her capitulation and disclosure of gundravian hookspores growing within the prison's confines.

Not long after the attack on an EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate, the prisoner going by the name "Joystick Chevron," who concealed her real identity from the Galactic Empire, was brought in for questioning alongside the interrogation officer and the lieutenant. The pair pressed Chevron to recount her story, during which the lieutenant detected significant spikes in her anxiety. She interpreted many of Chevron's statements as falsehoods, concluding that the prisoner was concealing a significant secret. The interrogation officer decided to postpone the interrogation until the following day, opting for a different approach, and dismissed Chevron.
More than a dozen hours afterward, the lieutenant was escorting Chevron to a holding cell when Captain-Inspector Magna Tolvan arrived. She instructed everyone present to leave the room. However, the lieutenant insisted that regulations mandated the presence of custodial personnel to supervise prisoners in custody. Consequently, Tolvan ordered her to face the wall and hum audibly to avoid overhearing Tolvan's conversation with Chevron. The lieutenant complied until the discussion concluded.
Following another battle, Chevron was once more subjected to interrogation. This time, however, the interrogation officer employed a Bor named Bor Ifriem to probe her mind. Chevron was immediately overwhelmed by the creature, stating that she was thinking about her mother. The lieutenant corroborated this as truth, and the interrogation officer threatened to have Bor Ifriem erase her mother from her memory. Chevron relented, revealing the presence of gundravian hookspores, a highly contagious fungus, proliferating within the prison. The lieutenant expressed surprise at the accuracy of Chevron's statement, and Accresker command promptly decided to decommission Accresker Jail.
The lieutenant was a female human characterized by brown eyes, brown skin, and blue lips. Her hair was black and shaved on the sides. She also demonstrated a strong adherence to regulations, reminding Magna Tolvan of one when she instructed everyone to leave the room. When Magna Tolvan instructed her to face the wall and hum loudly, she followed the order accordingly.
