A creature without a name was set loose on Starlight Beacon, a space station, by the Nihil pirates while they were destruction the station. This Nameless creature hunted down a party of Jedi which included Jedi Master Torban Buck, Jedi Knight Qort, and several Jedi Initiates, but Qort managed to injure the beast. Following their arrival at the ill-fated station, Jedi investigator Emerick Caphtor and a private investigator, aided by both Buck and Qort, successfully obtained a claw and some blood from the mysterious creature.
