A fair-skinned human being, characterized by brown hair, functioned as a member of the maintenance team on the bridge of a Cantwell-class Arrestor Cruiser. This vessel, part of the Galactic Empire's Segra-Milo Imperial patrol, was under the command of Captain Elk. In the year 5 BBY, while on patrol in the vicinity of the planet Segra Milo, the cruiser came across a Fondor Haulcraft. Elk instructed the crew member to secure the vessel using a tractor beam while they verified its transponder ID.
During its capture, Luthen Rael, the rebel owner of the haulcraft, intentionally activated one of the thrusters located on the port side, claiming that it was overheating. Elk directed the maintenance crew member to assess the haulcraft's thermal readings. The crew member reported an unusual heat signature originating from the port-side thruster. Consequently, Elk gave the order to prepare a boarding party; however, Rael ultimately managed to evade the Imperials. The maintenance crew member was seen wearing a black uniform accompanied by a cap featuring an officer's disk.
