This occurred in 22 BBY during the Clone Wars, a conflict fought between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. During General Grievous' Separatist invasion of Caliban, this particular Qubey was separated from their child.
This Qubey was referenced in a flashback within the comic-book series Star Wars Adventures: The Clone Wars – Battle Tales, specifically in the fifth issue. IDW Publishing released the issue, penned by Michael Moreci, on September 30, 2020. Philip Murphy provided the artwork for the Qubey's flashback scene.
