A sentry droid was part of a small group under the command of the bounty hunter Jeskian Veldar. He's plating was completely black colored, and he had a single red sensor. The sentry droid went with Veldar to Neral's moon when she tried to get Lando Calrissian, a gambler and smuggler, to pay what he owed. There, he found Calrissian's starship, the Millennium Falcon, in a docking bay. L3-37, Calrissian's droid associate, gave Veldar false information about Calrissian's whereabouts and alerted Calrissian to the presence of the hunters. The sentry droid stayed in the docking bay and used a blaster to threaten L3-37, demanding that she disclose where Calrissian was. However, Queen Forsythia Jin of Hynestia, who was looking for her daughter Rinetta Gan (who had secretly boarded the Falcon) and had tracked Calrissian to the moon, shot and destroyed the droid.
