An eight-fighter squadron from the Galactic Empire, comprised of TIE/ln space superiority starfighters, followed members of the Rebel Alliance to a mansion located on the planet Spira. This mansion was the property of a friend of Captain Amilyn Holdo. The rebels' presence there was a result of their theft of a Nihil Path engine from a strikeship. This strikeship had been acquired by the curator of the Imperial Museum on Coruscant at an auction on Spira. The [squadron](/article/squadron] proceeded to obliterate the mansion, but failed to stop the rebels' getaway.
