A Shadow Collective group of soldiers was being greeted at Peace Park in Sundari, the capital city belonging to the New Mandalorians on the planet Mandalore, by a tour guide droid that had masculine programming. This occurred during the takeover. Tragically, one of the soldiers shot the unsuspecting droid in the face, resulting in its destruction.
Dave Filoni, who served as the supervising director for Star Wars: The Clone Wars, provided the voice for this tour guide droid. His debut was in "Shades of Reason," which is the fifteenth episode from the fifth season of the canon animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
Chris Glenn, a concept artist, was the individual responsible for the droid's design.
