Vader's wayfinder, a Sith wayfinder that provided a route to Exegol, was originally held by the Eye of Webbish Bog located on Mustafar. After their meeting, the Eye bestowed the wayfinder upon the Sith Lord Darth Vader. After he had used the device to discover what Darth Sidious, his Sith Master, was doing on Exegol, Vader returned to Mustafar. He then instructed the Eye to safeguard the Wayfinder. Many decades passed, and the Alazmec of Winsit became the protectors of the wayfinder within the ruins of Fortress Vader in Corvax Fen. However, Kylo Ren, the Supreme Leader of the First Order and Vader's grandson, launched an assault against the Sith cultists residing there, seeking to acquire the wayfinder. The Eye relinquished the device to him, and he used it to way to the Sith world of Exegol. There, he found his grandfather's former master and the Sith Eternal cult readying their Final Order fleet for launch. Rey later utilized it to travel to Exegol, and it also gave the Resistance the coordinates.
