Vicii was a criminal element, associated with Vibbo, who both worked for the Spice Runners of Kijimi. This spicerunner group operated on the planet of Kijimi. During a confrontation where the Spice Runners' leader, Zorii Bliss, met with Poe Dameron, a former member and now a Resistance operative back on the planet for a mission, Vicii and Vibbo were present with her. However, they were both rendered unconscious by Rey, Dameron's ally. After regaining consciousness, they found themselves back at the Spice Runners' den. Following the Resistance's activities, the First Order discovered the gang, forcing its members to flee. Vicii devised a plan to escape on the starship of Carib Diss, a bounty hunter, as repayment for a past favor involving a bounty. Ultimately, Kijimi faced destruction when the Xyston-class Star Destroyer Derriphan, belonging to the Sith Eternal's fleet known as the Final Order, obliterated the planet.
