Warren Fu
Warren J. Fu, a visual effects art director formerly at Industrial Light & Magic, contributed to all three films of the prequel trilogy. Perhaps his most significant work was the design of General Grievous in collaboration with Iain McCaig, Ryan Church, and Robert E. Barnes; however, he has stated a preference for his designs of the MagnaGuards over Grievous.
Biography
Early life

As a child, he created Star Wars themed artwork, which included a depiction of the Battle of Hoth.
Prequel trilogy

In Episode II, his first name, written in Aurebesh, is present as an easter egg. It is printed on the building from which Jango Fett shot Zam Wesell.
Current work and future
Fu, who has since transitioned to directing, expressed to Star Wars Insider his aspiration to return to the Star Wars franchise as a director for a Disney+ series.
