Wat Tambor II, a male Skakoan, was the offspring of Wat Tambor, who served as a foreman for the Techno Union. He eventually fathered a son, who he named Jul Tambor. Following the Galactic Empire's seizure of the planet Skako Minor, an event that took over, Tambor met his death at the hands of Darth Vader, the Sith Lord. Sometime between 3 ABY and 4 ABY, his son spearheaded an uprising with the goal of liberating Skako Minor from both the Skakoan Council and the Empire.
