Werrera was a Nihil of the Ithorian species who worked as a technician on the Gaze Electric, which was the flagship of Marchion Ro's Eye of the Nihil. Because of their allegiance, Werrera, along with Cale and Leyel, both fellow technicians, was dispatched in 230 BBY to sabotage Starlight Beacon. The three were able to successfully sabotage the space station, but Werrera met their death during a short battle on the station with Chancey Yarrow.
