Wol Cabasshites were a sentient species of immobile, limbless entities characterized by an elongated tongue. Their unusual form often led to them being misidentified as vermin. During the Galactic Civil War era, a Wol Cabasshite by the name of Ghoel made his home within the walls and archways of Jabba Desilijic Tiure's palace. This mollusk-resembling creature had a prehensile tongue that was as long as his entire body, and he would use it to lick the palace's courtiers. He was there at the time when C-3PO and R2-D2 came to deliver a message from Luke Skywalker.
