The Restraining Bolt is an establishment that serves food situated on the lower level of the Mos Espa Waystation, which itself is one of the battlegrounds of the Grand Arena, located on the world of Vespaara. The term Wormie was a moniker used in his youth for the famous Jedi Luke Skywalker by his companions from the desert planet of Tatooine, among them was Camie Marstrap, who is also the inspiration for another item sold at The Restraining Bolt, known as the Marstrap mintea.
