Yori Dahn, a human female, joined Blade Squadron as a fresh recruit. This B-wing unit welcomed her some months following the Battle of Endor. Previously, she served as a first mate aboard a tramp freighter, but the Galactic Empire killed all of her crew members. Not long after becoming a member of the squadron, she fought in the battle over Malastare.
The character Yori Dahn initially showed up in the 2015 canon short story titled Blade Squadron: Zero Hour, which was featured in Star Wars Insider 160.
