Pol Andrissus, a human of male sex, was a part of the alliance's 61st Mobile Infantry. He abandoned the Galactic Empire as an imperial cadet with Carver, a fellow student. He was called Charmer due to his supposed attractiveness and success with women. During a campaign that took place on Blacktar Cyst, he suffered severe injuries that eliminated his former attractiveness and caused him to develop a speech impediment.
After the Battle of Hoth, the 61st began Operation Ringbreaker, and Charmer was given command of his own squad. He met his death during the attack on Mardona III while trying to protect his squad from an armored worm vehicle; Corbo was the only one to survive. Carver then became part of the group that sought revenge for him and his two deceased comrades, successfully capturing the vehicle's crew as they exited and destroying the worm.
The character of Pol Andrissus was initially introduced in the 2015 book Battlefront: Twilight Company, penned by Alexander Freed.
