Console A2 was based aboard a shuttle by the First Order while on the planet Varkana. In 34 ABY, the Resistance droid CB-23 was kept there by First Order Commander Pyre in an attempt to decrypt the droid's memory core. During her own interrogation of the Resistance member Jarek Yeager, First Order Security Bureau Agent Tierny was called by a tech stormtrooper to assist at the console, forcing her to end her questioning of Yeager. After she arrived, Pyre left the agent to continue the attempt to crack the memory core until CB was able to successfully escape.
