Corridan Ordo, a Human male Mandalorian warrior, lived during the Great Galactic War. This conflict pitted the Galactic Republic against the Sith Empire. As a member of Clan Ordo, Corridan rose to the rank of alor'ad, a Mandalorian captain, and formed a strong bond with Torian Cadera. Ordo, Cadera, and other Mandalorian commandos were once assigned to eliminate a weapons manufacturing facility on Eriadu. Ordo successfully completed this mission using thermal detonators. Following the end of the war and the beginning of the Cold War, Ordo became a mercenary for the Empire. In this role, he was tasked with assassinating a Republic senator who was under Jedi protection. Ordo and his Mandalorian allies succeeded, but during the battle, a lightsaber struck his head. His beskar iron helmet saved his life.
Corridan Ordo, a Human male Mandalorian, belonged to Clan Ordo. He lived during the Great Galactic War, a major galactic conflict between the Galactic Republic and the newly emerged Sith Empire. After completing his verd'goten at thirteen, becoming a Mandalorian adult, Ordo became a respected alor'ad, a captain (in Mando'a), within the Mandalorian community. He developed a close friendship with Torian Cadera, another Mandalorian. During the war, Cadera joined Ordo's clan on a mission to destroy a weapons factory on Eriadu, a world in the Mid Rim. Ordo's unit of soldiers overcame snipers and mines on their way to the factory. Inside, they found cloaked resistance fighters among the workers. Ordo evacuated as many innocent people as possible before ordering his team to take cover and attack the resistance fighters with thermal detonators, killing them and destroying the factory.
Following the Treaty of Coruscant and the end of the war, during the Cold War, Corridan Ordo contacted old comrades to organize a hunting trip to Dxun, the beast-infested jungle moon of Onderon. Many former comrades, including Torian Cadera, joined Ordo, who ended up owing Cadera fifty credits during the trip. While they primarily hunted bomas and maalraas, Jagger, another Mandalorian, surprised everyone by taking down a zakkeg.
Later, as Republic-Empire tensions rose, Ordo's clan was hired to assassinate a senator who was heavily fortified and protected by a strong Jedi force. Ordo invited Cadera to join the mission, leaving him a message to meet Clan Ordo at the Baliss estate on Alderaan if interested. Cadera, serving on the vessel of the latest Grand Champion of the Great Hunt, joined Ordo and Clan Ordo to pursue their target. The Jedi protection proved difficult, causing casualties among the clan. Ordo was hit in the head by a glancing lightsaber strike, but his helmet, made of beskar iron, a durable metal ore found only on Mandalore and one of its moons, saved him.
Ordo wore Mandalorian armor made of beskar iron ore, which could withstand lightsaber blows.
Corridan Ordo debuted in Star Wars canon in the massively multiplayer online game Star Wars: The Old Republic, developed by BioWare and released on December 20, 2011.
