Vader subsequently transported the ship to Mustafar and disabled its shields for atmospheric entry, resulting in scorching damage to the vessel's exterior. He then utilized it as a command center while overseeing the construction of his castle on the planet. The ship's hull was eventually restored to its original, undamaged state.
