Inhalers using aerosol technology were a specific kind of inhaler, characterized by a slender, white cylindrical body featuring a golden band and a raised section positioned approximately halfway down its length. The tube's terminal point was also colored gold, curved upwards, and possessed an aperture at its apex. During the year 34 ABY, the Moldwarp individual known as Edmo Ectacle utilized an aerosol inhaler within the Canto Casino, situated in Canto Bight on the planetary body of Cantonica. He was observed employing this inhaler in the photograph used for his identification profile, which was subsequently pilfered by the piratical figure Hondo Ohnaka.
The initial appearance of an aerosol inhaler occurred in the 2018 sequel trilogy motion picture, Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi. Its identification was first established in the reference publication titled Star Wars: The Last Jedi: The Visual Dictionary, authored by Pablo Hidalgo and distributed concurrently with the film's release. Furthermore, the inhaler was depicted in concept artwork of Edmo Ectacle, entitled "Cantina Aliens 37A," which was created by creature concept artist Jake Lunt Davies for the same cinematic production.
