Albea, a scientist of the Human female persuasion, was in the employ of the Galactic Republic during the era known as the Cold War. For reasons that remain unclear, she found herself imprisoned within his palace by the hand of Voontara Fa'athra.
In the time of the Cold War, with the resurgent Sith Empire gaining power, a bounty was issued for Albea's capture. Consequently, Albea engaged the services of Rarsk, a Trandoshan bounty hunter, to protect her. However, the individual aspiring to become the Grand Champion of the Great Hunt, who was seeking the Great Hunt sponsorship token from Rarsk, intervened, rescuing her from the Trandoshan, only to then ultimately eliminate her and claim the bounty.
The player is presented with a choice: they can choose to let Albea live, rather than collecting the reward for her capture, because she is not a mandatory target for the Great Hunt.
