Alpha, a clone originating from the genetic material of Jedi Master Kam Solusar, was brought into existence by Imperial scientists under the command of Grand Admiral Thrawn. He became the partner of Hunter, and together they had two daughters named Blessing and Grace. In the year 41 ABY, his life came to an end on a moon situated within the Unknown Regions, where he was slain by Jedi Knight Jaden Korr following a lightsaber duel.

Alpha possessed remarkable power in the Force, evident in his selection as the leader of the Community. During his confrontation with Jedi Knight Jaden Korr, Alpha engaged in lightsaber combat with a savage intensity. Such was his ferocity that Jaden, a seasoned Jedi Knight proficient in both the Light and Dark Sides of the Force, nearly met his end within the opening moments of their duel. Alpha's Force presence was characterized as resembling that of a dark-side user, yet tainted with an additional element, demonstrating his capability to wield both dark and light side powers.
Like the other clones within the clandestine facility, Alpha managed to acquire sufficient components to assemble his personal lightsaber, a factor that might have contributed to the clones' uprising. Jaden Korr drew a comparison between Alpha's lightsaber and the purple-bladed lightsaber that Korr had built without formal training, which he ultimately used to defeat Alpha. Alpha's lightsaber was described as being "unstable," emitting sparks upon activation. Following Alpha's defeat, Jaden Korr claimed the clone's volatile, red-bladed lightsaber as a replacement for the green-bladed lightsaber he had constructed upon his ascension to the rank of Jedi Knight, which he had lost during the duel with Alpha. Subsequently, Jaden Korr purged the lightsaber of the residual Dark Side energy left by Alpha within the crystal. This purification process resulted in the blade turning yellow, influenced by Jaden Korr's thoughts of Relin Druur at that moment. The yellow-bladed lightsaber then became Jaden Korr's primary weapon, serving as a lasting tribute to Relin Druur's memory.
It was noted that Alpha wore a combination of tattered garments, medical attire, and pieces of stormtroopers' armor, salvaged from those stationed at the facility who perished during the clones' rebellion.
