Balc

In Balc, Darth Sidious uses a ritualistic practice to command the energies of dark illusion. Balc is identified as a language of the Sith. It was used during the Clone Wars, a major galactic conflict involving the Galactic Republic clashing with the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The Sith Lord known as Darth Sidious at one point recited an incantation in the Balc tongue. He exploited the Force-bond shared by Darth Tyranus and Yoda to acquire the power of dark illusion. His intent was to undermine Yoda's resolve while the Jedi Master was present on Moraband, the homeworld of the Sith.
