The clash that occurred on Phorsa Gedd is an event from the era of the Galactic Civil War. It was a conflict between the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire during the Mid Rim offensive undertaken by the former, approximately between 1 ABY and 2 ABY. The 61st Mobile Infantry of the Alliance, under the command of Captain Micha Evon, engaged in combat within the factory-deserts of the Mid Rim planet known as Phorsa Gedd. Hazram Namir, along with Carver, Roja, and Beak, were among the rebel soldiers involved, with Namir possessing clear memories of the engagement.
In 3 ABY, while stationed on the planet Hoth, Namir, Roja, and Beak shared their recollections of the fighting on Phorsa Gedd. Later in that year, after the 61st achieved victory against the Empire on Sullust, Carver recounted the events of the Phorsa Gedd battle as members of the 61st gathered in a cantina located in Pinyumb, the capital city of Sullust.
The 2015 novel Battlefront: Twilight Company, authored by Alexander Freed, makes reference to the battle that transpired on Phorsa Gedd.
