Lieutenant Baysee, a human pilot, participated in an unauthorized mission to Seatos alongside General Hera Syndulla, Captain Carson Teva, and Lieutenants Jensu, Mowaat, and Lander. Upon discovering the Eye of Sion, a huge hyperspace transport ring, leaving the atmosphere of Seatos, they attempted to intercept it by flying across its path. This attempt ended in failure and resulted in losses when the Sion jumped to hyperspace through their formation. Baysee's X-wing was violently thrown around and collided with Mowaat's X-wing, resulting in the deaths of both pilots.
The character of Baysee made his debut in the fourth episode of the Ahsoka series on Disney+, which premiered on September 5, 2023. Michael C. Alexander played the role of Baysee.
