A realm belonging to the Benathy, a sapient race living on the world of Benath, situated within the galaxy's Wild Space region.
In the time of the Empire, the Galactic Empire, led by the Sith Lord Darth Vader, journeyed to Benath. They managed to overpower the Benathy by slaying their monarch, but were unable to defeat a Zillo Beast, whom the Benathy revered as a deity. The conflict resulted in thousands of deaths on each side.
Kylo Ren, Vader's grandson, commanding stormtroopers of the First Order, insisted that the then-ruling king, Kristoff, cease their territorial growth. The First Order military leader also demanded their allegiance to the First Order. Upon Kristoff's refusal, Ren executed him. The Benathy battled Ren's forces until he vanquished and killed the Zillo Beast. Consequently, the Benathy submitted to Ren and chose to venerate the First Order.
