Bilbringi shipyards

The Bilbringi shipyards, a shipyard situated on Bilbringi, served as the location where the Separatist Providence-class Dreadnought, named Lucid Voice, was broken down following the conclusion of the Clone Wars – a conflict between the Separatists and the Galactic Republic. In the aftermath, specifically four years after the ship's disassembly, dissidents pilfered its array tower to construct a warship.

Behind the scenes

The initial reference to the Bilbringi shipyards within the new Star Wars canon occurred in the 2014 novel Tarkin, penned by James Luceno and released through Del Rey. Conversely, within the Star Wars Legends continuity, the shipyards were initially referenced in The Last Command, a 1993 novel authored by Timothy Zahn and brought to publication by Bantam Spectra.
