The hellhulk stations employed during the Hundred-Year Darkness were protected by chthonic worm gods. In the workshop of Skakoan Techno Union chairman Wat Tambor on the planet Skako Minor, a dormant god known as the Hellhulk was maintained as an ambush. After an Imperial Delta-class T-3c shuttle breached the laboratory wall and disrupted a techno-totem displayed in the workshop, the god awoke. It proceeded to assault the shuttle's passengers and a mercenaries squad commanded by Doctor Chelli Aphra, who were trying to plunder the workshop. Ultimately, the droideka Dek-Nil, a mercenary, killed the god by triggering a ceiling collapse within the workshop.
