The Clone Dive Suit, alternatively referred to as Clone Dive Armor, represented a specialized form of clone trooper armor. This armor was specifically utilized by the clone SCUBA troopers serving within the Grand Army of the Galactic Republic throughout the duration of the Clone Wars.
Given that clone troopers, like other human beings, were not naturally adapted to underwater conditions, the Clone Dive Armor was essential. It shielded them from the intense pressure found in the ocean depths of planets such as Mon Cala. Furthermore, it supplied oxygen for breathing and enhanced their underwater mobility. To maintain a degree of buoyancy, the Clone Dive Armor was necessarily constructed using lightweight materials. It also incorporated an underwater propulsion system, fins, and enhanced sensors to improve visibility.

The Clone Dive Armor contained a twelve-hour oxygen supply. During this time period, the wearer also had access to fresh water, nutritional supplements, and other vital biological provisions. The Phase I Dive Armor variant featured a black helmet. By the Phase II clone trooper armor era, the Clone Dive Armor was a completely white set of armor that could be personalized with different colored markings by the individual trooper wearing it. In contrast to typical Phase II equipment, the helmet retained a fin, similar to standard Phase I armor.
The Clone Dive Armor made its initial, though uncredited, appearance in "Water War," the premiere episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars' fourth season, an animated television series. This episode was originally broadcast on September 16, 2011. Its identification occurred later in Collapse of the Republic, a 2019 supplement for Fantasy Flight Games' Star Wars Roleplaying game line.
