Wyum's report, originating from Corellian Intelligence, exposed the actions of the corrupted Jedi Master Tol Braga, who was in the process of intentionally causing the reactors of the Imperial battle cruiser Eclipse to fail, an act that would have caused catastrophic destruction on Corellia's surface and resulted in millions of deaths.
In the initial phases of the Second Galactic Civil War, this agency evolved into a competitor of the Galactic Alliance Intelligence Service, as both sides engaged in strategic competition, each striving to surpass the other to secure an advantage for their respective governing bodies.
