Dashira Dobeq was a female sculptor and painter hailing from the planet Ryloth. After displaying her artistic creations at the Alderaan Academy of Fine Arts, she secured a position within the court of Queen Breha Organa on the planet Alderaan. As the Separatist Crisis unfolded, she offered her artistic skills to the Galactic Republic's Loyalist Committee at the request of Breha's husband, Senator Bail Organa. She played a role in finalizing the design for the Millennial Celebration Invitation, which was intended for the celebration marking the thousandth anniversary of the Republic's establishment. While the invitation's concepts and layouts originated from the artist Naveela Betuine, it underwent a significant 250 revisions during the tenure of Supreme Chancellor Finis Valorum, owing to his indecisiveness regarding its appearance. Ultimately, Senator Sheev Palpatine assumed control of the design process and determined the final version. However, the invitation was never distributed because the Republic was reformed into the Galactic Empire under Palpatine's rule before the anniversary arrived.
