The demolition assignment executed on Foerost was a mission carried out in 1 BBY by the Drabatan rebel corporal named Paodok'Draba'Takat Sap'De'Rekti Nik'Linke'Ti' Ki'Vef'Nik'NeSevef'Li'Kek. It involved the successful destruction of a communications tower situated on the celestial body Foerost.
After the arrival of the Rogue One rebel group on the planet Scarif in 1 BBY, Bodhi Rook, an Imperial pilot who turned rebel, identified the Citadel Tower. He highlighted that all communications entering and exiting the base – which was the target of their infiltration – were routed through it. Captain Cassian Andor vaguely remembered Pao's demolition mission to destroy the tower on Foerost, observing its similarity to the one on Scarif, and planned to inquire about it with the Drabatan.
The Foerost demolitions job was initially referenced within Alexander Freed's novelization of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, a film belonging to the Anthology Series, which was published in 2016.
