Dizzy was a thrill-seeking Ugnaught speedster. After the collapse of the Galactic Empire, he participated in the Hunters of the Outer Rim competition at the Grand Arena located on the planet of Vespaara. Known for his love of vehicular mayhem, Dizzy piloted a modified droideka and together they were known as Slingshot. Throughout the tournament's various battles, Slingshot developed a fierce rivalry with the Utooni team. The Jawa brothers specifically targeted Dizzy's droideka, who he considered to be like family. In one of his initial matches, Dizzy accidentally ran over Sentinel's foot while fighting alongside them.
Initially, when Dizzy salvaged and repaired his droideka partner, many on his home planet ridiculed him, viewing his efforts as foolish. He appreciated that his fellow Hunters on Vespaara accepted him without reservation. Dizzy frequently tinkered and made improvements to his droideka. Following one of his matches in the Hunters of the Outer Rim tournament, he dedicated time to working on a podracer modification kit.
When invaders launched an assault on the Grand Arena with the intention of destroying it, Dizzy and his droideka joined the fight to defend it.

In the 2022 competitive combat game Star Wars: Hunters, published through a collaboration between Zynga and Lucasfilm Games, Dizzy and his droideka, Slingshot, are featured as playable characters.
