The Ithorian's mother and father passed away either during or before 0 ABY. Ondar then took possession of their notes and belongings, with the intention of pursuing their archaeological explorations. While on a mission to find the Sword of Khashyun situated on Moraband, Ondar emphasized to Doctor Chelli Lona Aphra the significance of the sword to his parents, but Aphra showed no concern for them.
