The Lurmen Jat Kaa bought a variety of R-series astromech droids from Droid Depot; these droids then operated the drink carts, which transported Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Dasani. The carts' designs and colors mirrored the packaging of the drinks they carried.
