Following the conclusion of the Battle of Coruscant and the transformation of Coruscant into the world known as Yuuzhan'tar, Khalii received the appointment as Prefect overseeing the Geling Sector, which elevated him to a position of significant influence. Nom Anor, operating under the guise of the Prophet Yu'shaa, determined that Khalii's power needed to be curtailed. Through the agency of the Priestess named Ngaaluh, he infiltrated Khalii's residence with Shamed Ones who were propagating the Jeedai heresy. Ultimately, Khalii faced execution, and his body was discarded into the yargh'un pits, due to the overwhelming evidence presented against him—evidence that appeared almost too flawless, raising suspicions in the mind of Supreme Overlord Shimrra.
