An electrified net gun was a variant of the net gun family, capable of launching a stun net that delivered a paralyzing electrical shock. This net was manifested as five yellow spheres of energy, with the net's webbing stretching between them, expanding as it flew towards the intended victim. In the Second Battle of Felucia, which took place during the Clone Wars, the Trandoshan hunter Lo-Taren employed such a weapon to ensnare Ahsoka Tano, the Jedi padawan fighting for the Galactic Republic. The weapon rendered Tano unconscious, leading to her abduction by the Trandoshan.
