On Nathema, a vault was located within the Sanitarium complex.
The Emperor's Vaults, alternatively known as the Immortal Emperor's Vaults, consisted of a number of enigmatic repositories. These vaults held Tenebrae's dark relics, so perilous and potent that even he hesitated to utilize them.
Vitiate, upon their creation, placed lethal guardians within these vaults. These guardians were intended to safeguard the contents from any unwelcome individuals, remaining dormant until roused. The existence of these vaults was a closely-held secret; details were scarce even among the leading figures of the Sith Empire, amounting to little more than rumor. Similarly, the Republic Strategic Information Service possessed minimal intelligence regarding the vaults, with unsuccessful expeditions, such as Jen Alkier's pursuit, failing to locate any.
The Alliance Commander learned of the vaults when seeking shelter in one at the Sanitarium during the hunt for Vaylin. Within this vault, the Commander discovered and acquired Dramath's holocron. Regrettably, this particular vault, along with all the artifacts it contained, was obliterated along with the Sanitarium during Vaylin's ritualistic actions.

Following the destruction of the Sanitarium, Gault Rennow expressed a desire to uncover other vaults. He envisioned these vaults being filled with valuable artifacts ripe for sale on the black market. Gault attempted to contact a former Sith exile who had once alluded to the existence of such places after consuming a considerable amount of Tarisian ales. Gault had initially dismissed the statement, but he subsequently discovered that she had mysteriously disappeared shortly after sharing the information.
During the conflict against the Order of Zildrog, the Commander stumbled upon another vault located beneath an ancient Sith Temple. This vault contained Zildrog, who had been deactivated by Vitiate following his Ritual of Nathema many years prior.
