Enna Tabord was a female Human Jedi who dedicated herself to the service of both the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order during the Galactic War against the Sith Empire. Upon the Order's discovery of the Sith Emperor's scheme to extinguish all life within the galaxy through a dark side ritual, Grand Master Satele Shan dispatched Tabord to the planet of Belsavis, a [prison](/article/prison/legends], to investigate the activities of Imperial Executor Krannus there. While scouting, following an Imperial attack that liberated many prisoners, Tabord was ambushed by an Imperial patrol. Before succumbing to her death, she managed to convey her findings to Pak Taldine, the unofficial prison guard.

Biography

Enna Tabord, a Force-sensitive female Human, joined the ranks of the Jedi Order sometime before the year 3641 BBY. When the Jedi learned from Lord Scourge, the former Emperor's Wrath who had turned against the Emperor of the Sith Empire to assist the Jedi Knight known as the Hero of Tython, that the Emperor was planning a ritual to consume all life in the galaxy, Grand Master Satele Shan initiated a search for signs of Imperial activity. Discovering that the Empire had launched an attack on Belsavis, a secret Republic [prison](/article/prison-legends] world, as part of the Galactic War, the Grand Master also uncovered evidence of Executor Krannus, a high-ranking Imperial servant, arriving on Belsavis. Before informing the Hero of Tython and Scourge, Shan dispatched Tabord to investigate. Tabord arrived on Belsavis amidst the riots triggered by the Imperial assault.

She established contact with the prison administration and enlisted the assistance of Pak Taldine, a Zabrak incarcerated on Belsavis for murders committed years prior, who had since reformed and become an unofficial prison guard. Taldine's knowledge of Belsavis was unparalleled among the guards, and Tabord leveraged his expertise to locate Krannus's forces on the western edge of the Minimum Security Section. With the Hero's arrival pending, Tabord opted to scout the area independently, departing from the Republic Guardpost Beta. To her surprise, she discovered the Imperials fortified within the South Power Generator Facility in the western cliffs, equipped with heavy weaponry and a ray shield. Before she could retreat unnoticed, an Imperial patrol discovered the Jedi, inflicting severe injuries.

Tabord managed to return to the guardpost, where she recounted her encounter to Taldine before dying, including the presence of a red-skinned Imperial officer matching Krannus's description. The Hero arrived with a companion mere minutes after her death, and Taldine was persuaded to assist the Jedi using Tabord's information. Armed with the intelligence Tabord provided, the Hero successfully disabled the facility's shields and storm the base, although Krannus had already departed by that time.

Personality and traits

Enna Tabord's corpse

Enna Tabord, a fair-skinned woman with short brown hair, possessed an overestimation of her Jedi abilities, which ultimately contributed to her demise at the hands of an Imperial patrol. Nevertheless, she displayed unwavering determination to complete her mission, even after sustaining injuries, and mustered the strength to return to the guardpost to ensure her information would be useful. As a Jedi, Tabord donned green combat apparel with grey-and-white armor, and she maintained a short hairstyle.

Powers and abilities

Tabord possessed Force-sensitivity and sufficient strength in the Force to gain acceptance into the Jedi Order. However, her powers were relatively modest compared to some of her contemporaries, as evidenced by her inability to defend herself against an Imperial patrol. In combat, Tabord wielded a single-bladed lightsaber.

Behind the scenes

Enna Tabord made her initial, brief appearance in the Jedi Knight mission "Anarchy" on Belsavis in Star Wars: The Old Republic, a video game developed by BioWare and released in 2011. Upon arriving on Belsavis, the player receives instructions to locate Tabord, only to discover Taldine standing over the Jedi's body in the guardpost, their intended meeting place. A glitch occasionally depicts Tabord standing at the beginning of the cutscene, but she immediately reverts to lying on the floor and remains there throughout the conversation.
