Ferrix shuttle port

Shuttle ports were structures located throughout the Free Trade sector on the planet of Ferrix. The Ferrix Entry Ferry Service utilized these ports to transport people to and from the Ferrix Terminal in Ferrix City using their fleet of shuttle ferries. Each port had external landing pads capable of handling a minimum of two ferries and featured prominent antennae.

One such shuttle station, situated 2.3 kilometers from the city, saw use by spymaster Luthen Rael during the events of 5 BBY. Upon landing on the planet to rendezvous with Cassian Andor, a local attempting to sell an Imperial N-S9 Starpath Unit that piqued Rael's interest, the spy parked his personal Fondor Haulcraft nearby and boarded a shuttle ferry to proceed discreetly.
