Colonel Fiav Fenn held the rank of colonel in the Galactic Alliance navy. She was a Sullustan female serving in 40 ABY. The youthful Sullustan held what many considered a highly respected role, working on the lead Galactic-class battle carrier, named the Dodonna. Fenn's role was as an assistant to Admiral Matric Klauskin, and the ship was assigned to the Second Fleet, which was tasked with subduing Corellia during the Second Galactic Civil War.
As the insurrection unfolded, she grew increasingly frustrated with the Admiral's immature conduct, random lapses in his thought processes, and inability to improvise when it mattered most. Klauskin's choices, like his order to invade Tralus, and his constant, quiet ramblings, potentially influenced by Sith interference, were questioned by her.
It was Fenn who eventually reported that Klauskin was observed speaking to himself and experiencing hallucinations within the Dodonna's corridors. Gilad Pellaeon and Cha Niathal were informed of the situation, leading to Tarla Limpan taking over from Klauskin as the leader of the force in the Corellian system, which had found itself in a difficult position at Tralus.
