Giggek, a Mustafarian male, resided on the planet of Mustafar throughout the Imperial Era. After the Battle of Endor and the demise of the Sith Lord Darth Vader in 4 ABY, Giggek persuaded his companion Tuttel to venture into Vader's fortress alongside him, with the aim of demolishing it using explosives. Once inside, the pair stumbled upon Dark Lord's loyal servant, Vaneé, who managed to confine Giggek within the stronghold. To allow Tuttel to flee, the youthful boy chose to make the ultimate sacrifice, triggering the explosives. This resulted in significant structural damage, effectively trapping both himself and Vaneé amidst the debris.
