The Gyrica system, located within the Inner Rim Territories, was a star system whose sole known planet was Milvayne. This system was under the dominion of the Milvayne Authority, a strict law enforcement agency focused on justice.
The initial appearance of the Gyrica system was in Doctor Aphra (2016) 26, a comic book penned by Simon Spurrier with illustrations by Emilio Laiso, and published by Marvel Comics on November 14, 2018. Nevertheless, its designation as the Gyrica system originated in the reference work, Star Wars Encyclopedia: The Comprehensive Guide to the Star Wars Galaxy.
Within the continuity of Star Wars Legends, the system was initially referenced in the short story "Differences of Opinion", featured in The Last Command Sourcebook, which saw its release in March of 1994.
