Hastemoor served as the Galactic Empire's governor throughout the Galactic Civil War. He commanded troops stationed within the capital on the planet Troithe. To draw out the Imperial 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, the New Republic launched the Troithe operation with the aim of assaulting the governor's entrenched military.
