The Helm of Dathka Graush, a Sith artifact, was most likely forged by the Sith Lord himself, Dathka Graush. This item served to enhance the Force capabilities of its user, and it may have also amplified the power of the Sword of Ieldis. Furthermore, it generated atmospheric anomalies within a six-kilometer radius.
Back in 3963 BBY, the Jedi Covenant kept it secure inside their hidden storehouse located on the world of Odryn. There, Haazen and Krynda Draay had ordered that it undergo thorough examination and study.
As with all the other artifacts stored on Odryn, the harmful effects of its dark side influence could be safely neutralized as long as the helm remained sealed within nullification resin. Resin of grade three was necessary to shield the surrounding area from the relic's potent energy. When the helmet was taken out of its resin container for analysis, the resulting weather disturbances sparked unease among the superstitious Feeorin warriors who were guarding the facility.

A flashback scene in Tales of the Jedi – The Golden Age of the Sith 2, depicting the arrival of the Exiles on Korriban, showcases a Sith being venerated by his people while wearing a helmet with a striking resemblance to the Helm of Dathka Graush. Book of Sith: Secrets from the Dark Side identified the Sith King present when the Exiles landed on Korriban as Hakagram Graush, who was likely a descendant of Dathka. This could suggest that the Sith featured in Tales of the Jedi – The Golden Age of the Sith 2 is actually Hakagram Graush, and he was wearing the Helm of Dathka Graush, having inherited it from Dathka Graush.
