Hon-Tallos, situated within the Inugg system, was a terrestrial planet. The Jedi Order maintained a temple on Hon-Tallos throughout the High Republic Era. While Jedi Knight Lily Tora-Asi and other Jedi were based on the planet Banchii, she undertook multiple supply missions to Hon-Tallos in order to help the local inhabitants. Tora-Asi and Jedi Master [Arkoff] transported people from Ta'klah who had been rescued from Hon-Tallos to Banchii following an Emergence related to the Great Hyperspace Disaster.
